Operating as an Independent Financial Brokerage company, we have access to many financial vehicles. We are unbiased and objective. There are 100’s of Financial Institutions to choose from. We partner with those companies that have very specific criteria: strong financial rankings; large capitalization; long history and a leader in its category.

We help the people we work with by providing the financial planning to understand their concerns and implement solutions. The financial vehicles we use to protect and grow wealth are insurance and investments solutions.

Ainslie Winter, CFP®, CLU, BA, RHU, EPC

President
Ainslie entered the Financial Planning industry in 1990. She works hard earning the trust of those people she cares for.
Ainslie Winter provides financial leadership.
Ainslie helps families and businesses identify their financial objectives and implement solutions. This is very rewarding work for Ainslie. She enjoys helping people visualize their dreams. More importantly is the realization of those dreams into financial realities.
Ainslie believes in adding extra value. By continuing education she is able to bring more knowledge and expertise to those people she delivers her service to. Ainslie earned her Bachelors of Art degree majoring in Psychology from University of British Columbia in 1987. After earning her degree she studied business for one year at UBC.
In 1997 she earned her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation from the American College & Life Underwriters Association of Canada. This designation allows Ainslie to specialize in health insurance planning. She is able to help people understand the devastating financial impact a disability or critical illness would have on their family or business. By using disability insurance and critical illness insurance solutions she is able to protect her client’s most valuable asset – their health.
In 1998 Ainslie received her Chartered Life Underwriter designation (CLU) from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Life Underwriters and Chartered Financial Consultants. This allows Ainslie to specialize in estate planning and financial planning for businesses.
In 2002 Ainslie was awarded the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the Financial Planners Standards Council. This is an international designation recognized for providing excellence in financial and retirement planning.
In 2006 she earned the Elder Planning Counselor (EPC) designation from the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies. By attaining the EPC, Ainslie is able to provide seniors with a high quality of service and products that best suit their lives and circumstances.

About Our Designations

Certified Financial Planner, CFP™

The Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) designation is an internationally recognized standard for financial planning. It is granted by the Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC). An advisor with a CFP may help you with personal financial planning and offer advice on investment products and strategies.

Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU

A Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) is a financial advisor with advanced knowledge in life and health insurance and estate planning. An advisor with a CLU specializes in advice on life insurance needs, tax planning, planning your estate and may also offer assistance in financial planning for business owners.

Registered Health Underwriter, RHU

A Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) is an insurance advisor with advanced knowledge in disability insurance and health benefits. An advisor with an RHU has acquired the knowledge to offer advice on individual disability income insurance needs.

Elder Planning Counselor, EPC

Plan your future with an Elder Planning Counselor. Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge designed by Canadians for Canadian professionals. Ainslie has been a member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, since the day she started in the business. Advocis is the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors in Canada.

When Ainslie is not working she is busy enjoying her time with her husband and daughters. Ainslie enjoys her family time immensely!
